Whether you're building a new home or remodeling your existing one – it's an experience that most of us only encounter a few times in our lifetime. This experience can be both exciting and stressful. Our job at RCS is to help you with the exciting part – the planning and specifying – and to eliminate as much of the stress as we can with quality, timely and dependable work.

The RCS experience begins as you visit our conveniently located showroom off I-77 in Charlotte. As you visit the showroom, take a few minutes to simply browse around and get a feel for the wide choice of products available: fireplaces, garage doors, gas logs, mantels, mirrors, shelving, shower doors, storage solutions, and fireplace surrounds . We carry only the most respected brands in the industry--products from companies dedicated to customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale.

RCS provides a knowledgeable sales staff, as well as experienced designers. As you meet with your sales consultant or designer, notice how they try to learn about your lifestyle and what products you've owned in the past; and what you liked or disliked about those products. Your sales consultant can help you narrow the focus to those products, which custom-fit your specifications. You can schedule an appointment with one of our designers to coordinate your product selections to further customize your project. Our showroom also offers consumer demonstrations where you can learn about and “test-drive” innovative products.

Proper planning from product selection to correct specifications can make your building process go much more smoothly. Typically it will take an hour to a few hours depending on the number of products you will be selecting. Please take your time through the presentation process, ask questions and participate in the process.

After you have made all of your product selections, the buying process enters the production area. This is a zone where RCS really excels. Having been in the builder market for over 30 years, we understand the importance of scheduling concerns and the completion of work. The RCS experience promises sales and service in a timely manner and getting it "Right from the Start".

We also want to reassure you that RCS does not disappear once you move into your new home or addition. We maintain full-time service technicians on staff to provide quality service and assistance for all of our installed products (Our installers are employed by RCS and not sub-contracted). And you should know that all of our installed products carry a one-year warranty on workmanship in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.
