Mrs. S just called in and stated that Jamie is the nicest service tech. she has ever had the pleasure to meet. He was compassionate about her needs and listened to everything she said. He was very professional, arrived when he was suppose to and completed the service like he promised. She was very pleased with the cost $ and that our website and coupons were great. She is truly thankful and stated that it was nice to deal with a service tech that cared. She will refer us to anyone who needs garage door service and will use us again if needed.

I cant believe the care he took for my home coming in and out... he even laid down plastic. He was a super technician, really knew his stuff. It makes you feel so good when you’re paying someone for service and they do more than you paid for. I have never used your company before, but I will recommend you to everyone I know. Janet

I apologize for the delay for it does not diminish the sentiment. I would like to commend your techs Troy and Richard for providing outstanding customer service. They recently serviced the gas logs in my home, and they were both very courteous and professional. They’re service was exemplary and they represented RCS-Charlotte very well and in a very positive way. Please extend my commendation to them for their excellent work!

We recently had your company install a new fireplace insert with stone around it and I wanted to let you know that we had a great experience. All of the men that came out were very nice but one stood out. Troy is the one who did the majority of the work. He was polite and contentious about his work. I wanted to let you know what a great employee you have.

I just received a phone call from Josh Reilly w/ Shea Homes. He wanted to let us know that Jamie did an excellent job on his garage door. I just wanted to let you know of the wonderful employees that are working at RCS. My daughter backed into our garage door so I called on Monday morning in a state of panic to have it fixed. I was very concerned about the security issue with it left open. The very sweet girl took my call, which is unusual to get a real person, and helped me. The gentleman that came out and repaired it, Jami, was very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. You should be very proud of these two employees.

Richard installed some logs for Scott yesterday. I just spoke with Scott and he wanted me to let everyone know how great Richard is. Scott said "He not only knows what he is doing, but he is a really nice guy on top of it."

I received a phone call Friday afternoon 5/14/2010 from Johnny. He wanted to let me know how great of a job Jamie McKinney had done for him on a service I Riviera on one of the garage doors. He went on to say that Jamie is always professional, great with the homeowners and shows a true knowledge of the product he is working on. Jamie always goes above and beyond what is expected and that reflects very positive on our company.
