Matt King is Fabulous!! He is so nice, does excellent workmanship and worked so efficiently. I love my new garage door opener! I’m so pleased with the price and experience. I will recommend you most highly every chance I get.
Matt King from RCS came out and repaired our garage door. He is an excellent technician and knows what he is doing. Had our door repaired in less than 45 mins. We will definitely use RCS for our garage needs again! Thank you for a very positive experience.
I cannot say enough about how great this company is! Brooke was friendly and helpful when scheduling my appointment, I received great communication when the technician was on his way, and Donnie was prompt and professional. They worked with me on price, and did a great job fixing my garage door. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!
The only bad thing I have to say is that I wish this company was listed higher on Google for advertising because you guys are a LIFESAVER! I was in the middle of being RIDICULOUSLY mislead and overcharged by a different company when I called your company to come look at my garage issue. Matt was amazing. Super professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything to me and even priced my issue to a reasonable amount and gave me options for the future. This is not my first time working with this company so I should’ve known ! You guys have always been great. It was completed swiftly but with care. From now on I’m never going with another company!
Fast service and a fair price. Matt explained what he would do, worked with me on the cost and did the job efficiently. He even brought our trash cans back to the garage for me since it was trash day! We will definitely stick with RCS for all our future garage door needs!
Service was excellent. Eunice made a special effort to schedule repair today instead of tomorrow so we could get our car out. Matt and Calvin were effective and efficient in getting the job done. They explained what needed to be done and went right to work. Only disappointment was the charge for the spring — almost four times as much as similar Clopay item at Home Depot. Not a job I wanted to do, so on balance service was excellent and cost was high but quite possibly worth it to have a functioning door!
The garage door issue was resolved on the same day the initial service call was made. Calvin, the technician, was professional and efficient. He educated me on the differences between springs, costs, warranties, and what to expect. He also provided the pros and cons of garage door DIY.
When I tell you, I’ll never call on another garage company other than RCS Garage Doors, I mean it!! First off, they were able to offer me same day service when I had issues with my garage door opening. Matthew K. came to the house and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He laid out all of my options for me and allowed me to make the proper decision of what’s best for me and my home as opposed to trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I appreciate that in any company I deal with. Hopefully I won’t have any issues any time soon, but if I do I’ll certainly call on RCS Garage Doors to handle it.
