Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair a wide range of sectional, rolling, and specialty garage doors.
- Diagnose and fix issues with garage door openers, springs, cables, and tracks.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on residential and commercial systems.
- Advise customers on the proper use and care of their garage door systems.
- Read and follow work orders and technical instructions.
- Manage and maintain inventory on a company service vehicle.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
