�3:30 Friday and my cable snapped on the garage door. The lady on the phone was very helpful and assured me that some would be out before 5 PM. Matt Carr arrived shortly before 5 and went to work. He was very nice and explained everything he was going to do and provided my with pricing before beginning. He also gave me a couple of options with some damage that had occurred when the cable snapped. I also had him replace the old steel wheel, which were very noisy, with a newer wheel. I would highly recommend RCS to anyone needing garage door repair and hopefully Matt will show up to fix the problem.�
