Originally we had thought it was an electrical issue but Matt was able to figure out that our motor was just dead. He even carries extra motors and replacements in his vehicle. So he was able to replace our motor right then and there. He was very respectful and kind, and I enjoyed talking with him. If anything were to happen again I will specifically ask for Matt. “Christmas Miracles! Our garage door collided with the top of my car on Christmas Eve. After putting the car in park, we tried to maneuver the door back down manually and it got stuck half closed. Both cars in the garage stuck on Christmas. I called RCS on Christmas Day hoping to leave a message for them to call me back the next day. Donnie actually answered and after apologizing many times to him for calling Christmas Day, he continued to take my information down and said they would call me the next morning to schedule a time.
The customer service lady called me first thing the next morning and had someone at my house within the next 2 hours. Donnie and Matt were very professional and worked their magic. They fixed the door back in less than an hour and you can hardly tell a difference. I thought it was going to be at least $1K repair/replacement. They didn't try to sell me a whole new door because they knew exactly what to do for a reasonable price. You can tell they have a lot of experience and are really good at what they do. I highly recommend.”
